As a recovering perfectionist, the yoga mat has become my sanctuary, a place for curiosity, growth, and possibility—not shame and judgement. Regular practice has equipped me to face challenges and embrace change. Since yoga balances body, mind, and spirit, it dissolves stress and heals trauma. Its transformative powers encourage us to be fully embodied, unburdening the mind from anxiety and uncertainty. Yoga’s therapeutic gifts allow us to live an abundant life with love and gratitude amidst adversities.
My teaching honors the ancient tradition of yoga and its philosophy, emphasizing movement synched with breath as well as meditation, mudras, and mantras to sow seeds of mindfulness. My classes are body-positive, inclusive for all, and designed to satisfy a range of experience—from beginners to seasoned yogi(ni)s. I will offer a range of postures with suggested modifications so that you can listen to your inner-self and choose your own adventure.
