This class introduces students to the core concepts of Chen Taijiquan through foundational basic exercises such as standing meditation and silk reeling while exploring how those elements play out in the first five movements of the Laojia Yilu (Old Frame First Road). The class will build sequentially but you are welcome to join us at any point that works for your schedule.
