Yoga for Everyone, Not Just the Elite

Yoga, more specifically yoga as we recognize it in westernized societies today, has become a practice accessible almost exclusively for people with excess disposable income. It has largely moved away from a balanced physical & philosophical practice interwoven with daily life and become, in many instances, a high-priced, posh version of the latest exercise fad requiring special attire, expensive equipment and the ability to purchase high cost monthly memberships or pay even higher drop-in class fees.

 Not so at Wylde Well Yoga. 

Our aim is to bring Yoga back to the people—All people, every gender expression, every beautiful skin tone, every walk of life, every background—and to guide folx in weaving yogic practice into the fabric of their everyday regular lives. All you need to bring is yourself, an open mind, and willingness to give yoga a go.
